I purchased a BAJAJ Pygmy Mini USB Charging Portable fan in December 2023, and it was very handy during the summer. After not using it for a few months, I tried to turn it on one day, but it wouldn't start.  It was beyond its one-year warranty, and there were no electronics shops in my neighborhood to figure out the issue.
