Firefighters spend 80% of their time practicing.

"Chaos doesn't cause problems, it reveals them" - Nora Jones, Senior Chaos Engineer @netflix

Resilience is the art of lying to customers (mentioned in a lighter note)

Intel has its own distribution for Python

Adrian presented many interesting points from his article series Patterns for Resilient Architecture — Part 1, Part 2, Part 3

Sohan, Alexa developer evangelist, informed that "Voice represents the next major disruption in computing" & that there are 15k Alexa Skills for India in his talk  - "Build Voice-Enabled Experiences with Alexa". Following this there were 3 parallel tracks and in the Alexa track, he along with his team conducted hands-on labs on creating Alexa Skills.
