The National Informatics Centre (NIC) which develops and maintains government websites, explained that the Mandarin characters were the logo of content management tool Zen from a platform called Drupal that was used for the website.

The United States National Radio Quiet Zone is an area where wireless signals are restricted for scientific research purposes, and some people who believe they have EHS have relocated there (places like Green Bank) seeking relief.
* The ulnar nerve is the largest nerve in the human body that is unprotected (meaning unprotected by muscle or bone, so injury is common). It goes from the shoulder to the finger nail beds. Where it is passes through the elbow, it is known as the funny bone. Ulnar nerve is also known as "musician's nerve" as it controls the fine movements of the fingers.
