* Kubernetes is a complex system that relies on several components being configured correctly to have a working cluster. Today, over 100 Kubernetes distributions and installers have been created, each with different default configurations for clusters and supported infrastructure providers. SIG Cluster Lifecycle began the Cluster API project as a way to address these gaps by building declarative, Kubernetes-style APIs, that automate cluster creation, configuration, and management. Using this model, Cluster API can also be extended to support any infrastructure provider (AWS, Azure, vSphere, etc.) or bootstrap provider (kubeadm is default) you need.
* You can now use AWS Application Migration Service (AWS MGN) to rehost applications running on these legacy operating systems like Windows Server 2003 (32-bit and 64-bit) and Windows Server 2008 (32-bit and 64-bit). Application Migration Service has also added support for Windows 10 and Windows Server 2022.
* AWS MGN is based on CloudEndure Migration and improves on it by integrating with the AWS management console.
* Microsoft and Oracle have worked together to enable customers to deploy Oracle applications. As of May 2020, the following applications are certified in a cross-cloud configuration:

* The Boeing 737 MAX is a redesigned version of the Boeing 737. Boeing 737 MAX, entered service in 2017. It was grounded worldwide between March 2019 and December 2020, after two crashes that killed 346 people. It has been called "the most scrutinised transport aircraft in history".
* An Indian couple Ruchi Kalra & Asish Mohapatra became the country’s first husband and wife to build their respective startups Oxyzo & OfBusiness into enterprises with at least $1 billion valuation, also known as unicorns. Kalra, 38, and Mohapatra, 41, are alums of Indian Institute of Technology and met while working at McKinsey & Co. two startups run separately with different offices and teams, Kalra said. However, they target the same industries such as manufacturing and infrastructure sub-contracting. Both are based in Gurgaon, in the suburbs of New Delhi.
* 55-year-old N Chandrasekaran, the Chairman of Tata Sons started as a tech intern at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) back in 1987.
* Yogi Adityanath was the youngest member of the 12th Lok Sabha at 26. He was elected to the Parliament from Gorakhpur for five consecutive terms (in 1998, 1999, 2004, 2009 and 2014 elections). He has been the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh since March 2017. He succeeded Mahant Avaidyanath as the head of Gorakhnath Math in 2014.
* Mahant (lit. 'head priest') Digvijay Nath of the Gorakhnath Math in Gorakhpur, played a leading role in the Ram Janmabhoomi movement in 1949, which culminated in the placing of Rama idols inside the Babri Masjid, in an effort to revive the Hindu Mahasabha after its implication in the Gandhi assassination. Nath was elected as the MP for Gorakhpur in 1967 on a Hindu Mahasabha ticket. He was succeeded by Mahant Avaidyanath as the head of Gorakhnath Math in 1969. The Gorakhnath math was traditionally venerated by both Hindus and Muslims, especially lower caste communities.
* Mahant Avaidyanath was the mentor and guru of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Avaidyanath was elected MLA from Maniram Assembly segment five times. He was elected to the Lok Sabha from Gorakhpur four times.
* Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Friday said former MLAs will now get pension for only one term, doing away with the practice of drawing the benefit for each term served by them. Several MPs have also getting pension for remaining MLAs earlier. An MLA gets a pension of Rs 75,000 per month for one term. Thereafter, an additional 66 per cent of the pension amount is given for each subsequent term. The nonagenarian SAD patriarch Parkash Singh Badal, who is 11-time legislator, had said he will not accept pension as an ex-MLA.
